Title: Cauliflower-Bacon Pasta

Yield: 8 Servings

1lbBacon; cut into bite-size pieces
1lgOnion; small dice
  Olive oil
8 Servings spiral pasta
1lgCauliflower; cut into small pieces

Fry bacon and drain off fat before it turns crisp. Add a small amount of olive oil to pan and add chopped onion. Cook onion and bacon quickly until crisp and set aside. Bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cauliflower, boil until both are done. Drain. Combine bacon and onion mixture with pasta. Add fresh ground pepper and serve.
