Title: Cauliflower-Bacon Pasta

1 | lb | Bacon; cut into bite-size pieces |
1 | lg | Onion; small dice |
Olive oil | ||
8 | Servings spiral pasta | |
1 | lg | Cauliflower; cut into small pieces |
Fry bacon and drain off fat before it turns crisp. Add a small amount of olive oil to pan and add chopped onion. Cook onion and bacon quickly until crisp and set aside. Bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cauliflower, boil until both are done. Drain. Combine bacon and onion mixture with pasta. Add fresh ground pepper and serve.
